Half of day Sunday blog

So I woke up today early morning around  9am and ate me a bowl of cereal and than waited 10:30am and we headed to LA fitness for our morning workout. So basically we do 30 minute cardio and depending on the day like today we did abs and chest. Lasted for hour and thirty minutes. After we were done we went to Walmart and got some groceries for the week. Than we came home drank our protein shakes and took showers and relax now til 2pm and see what we doing later. I write more later.
