Woke up with a major headache from last night drinking, But took a BC powder and knock out the headache.

Right now it's 10:44am we at the LA fitness gym doing our normal routine. Lets see what we do later, stay tune.

No more cable bill for me

We in the process of moving to studio apt to saved money for a possible house we going to buy next year. Right now the cable is free included in the rent.But when we moved Brighthouse cable will charge us for cable, Internet and phone for like $135.so we found this cool stuff at bestbuy called ruku where you can download PlayStationvue and watch live tv for $45 a month and Internet through Brighthouse for $42 a month. So we be paying $88 a month. Saving like $44 a month. Not bad.we try it out yesterday for a free trial it's cool.we get the channels we watch now.

Why I am taking a stand with friends who support Donald Trump

  I love my friends but  i wont stand to have them on my social media if  they are a Donald Trump supporter. Because all they say is Hillary is a liar and cheat, That does not justify the reason to support Trump. It's pretty simple when you support trump you are promoting his bigotry. You basically saying you support his ideals and where he stand and promote his words. When let me say, this if you support  Donald Trump  you support his past history and current words of bigotry and lack of respect. Let me refresh your mind or re-education on why trump is a bigot.

1) He  attacked Muslim Gold star parents.

2) He Claimed a judge was biased Because He's a Mexican.

3) The justice dept sued  him Twice for not renting to black people.

4) Discrimination been a pattern against black people in his career, its a proven fact.

5) He refused to Condemn the white supremacist who are campaigning for him.

6) He question if President Obama was born here or not.

7) He  treat Racial groups as if they are monoliths.

8) He trashed native Americans too.

9) He condoned the beating of a black lives matter protester.

10) He called supporters who beat up a homeless Latino man -Passionate.

so if you  support this man, Than you promoting and supporting his bigotry  and if you disagree with everything above, than why you supporting him.

My Sunday's thoughts -simplicity

Once you discover the simplicity of your life. You will than discover the calmness of your environment. We to much worry about how we look or feel , what bills we have or our jobs and our family issues and breaks ups. We worry about a lot of things in our daily lives. That we are blinded to the calmness and simplicity of what life has in front of us. So what I mean by this,focus on the now and focus on the beauty that you can walk, that you alive,focus on when you walk outside the beauty of the smell of the air,feel the energy that you present now. Let the worries of tomorrow be tomorrow.
